Jason Taylor, who played his first 11 seasons in Miami before being traded to Washington last year — fallout from his stint on the television show “Dancing With the Stars” — signed a one-year, $1.5 million contract to return to the Dolphins. He was released by Washington in March after an injury-plagued season.
